Mr Leo

Buea based afro-pop singer.

Fonyuy Nsobunrika Leonard a.k.a Mr Leo, is a young cameroonian singer and songwriter. He was born in Buea and grew up in a small military camp. When he was a teenager, he joined a school choir but was not among the best voices and at that point he wanted to stop singing. Thanks to his friend Salatiel who always motivated and advised him, he kept working hard despite his family apprehension and few years later became Alpha Better Record’s first signed artist.

In 2014, the single “E Go Betta” came out and it was a total success just as “On Va Gerer” and “Fap Kolo” featuring Salatiel.
